It is our top priority to make sure that all customers are happy with their order! If you do have an issue with an order or would like to exchange for a different size, please see our policies below!
How do I return?
- Email hello@threewildflowerdesigns.com
- In the email include your order number, item you wish to return and reasoning for the return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
Items returned within 15 days of receiving a return label will receive a full refund credited to the account. Items outside the 15 day window of when a return label is sent will receive a store credit.
What items are returnable?
Items within 15 days of receiving them. The items must be in unused and resellable condition, with no signs of wear or damage. The following items are returnable for refund or store credit:
- Any apparel (i.e. dresses, sequins bombers, etc.) items must be in original packaging and not worn.
- Headbands must be in originial packaging
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any holiday themed pieces are final sale (i.e. Fourth of July, Christmas, Halloween, etc.).
- Discounted or sale items
Can the items be exchanged?
If you need a different size, you will need to make a new purchase. Other items in our shop, to include bombers, dresses, etc., can be exchanged for different sizes. Email hello@threewildflowerdesigns.com to request an exchange for a different size, and we will be in contact within 48 hours.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Have an issue with your order?
Any issues with an order MUST be emailed to hello@threewildflowerdesigns.com within 15 days of receiving your order. This may include (but not limited to) examples such as sizing, etc. We cannot do anything to help/fix the order if you reach out outside of this window timeframe.
**Seller is not responsible for any lost packages. Unfortunately we have no control over this and we will always do our best to satisy our customers. If a package is lost or says "delivered" but you did not receive it, we recommend opening a case online to file a claim. Three Wildflower Designs is not held responsible for lost packages.
